What spaces can you use when renting our spaces?

• Also included – lobby waiting room, bathroom parking access to desks in the bull pen, free onsite parking, coffee and water, high speed internet, access to a printer,

• There is coffee and water available. If you want something special, you need to request it and the extra costs will be charged

Yes, a conference room is available for an hourly rate of $ 55.00 per hour or a daily rate of $ 125.00 per hour.

Is parking included?

• Yes, 100% free on-site parking

From what moment is it considered as overtime?

• 20 minutes after the end of the scheduled hour, it begins to count as overtime.

How long in advance should I schedule my appointment?

• Preferably 48 hours before.

How is the cancellation process?

• No refund. We reschedule the appointment for another day and time up to a maximum of two months, from the cancellation date notification received via email or whatsapp business. It is only possible to reschedule one date per consecutive active appointment.

How long in advance do I need to process a cancellation?

• Preferably 72 hours before in order to receive the benefit

Are the lights included?

• Depending on the project, lights are included using our in-house service.

What technical equipment do I have access to?

• This will depend on the plan you choose. You can consult it through our email and whatsapp business

Do I have technical and trained staff supporting me during the show?

• Yes, our team will always be available for any help you need.

Can I decorate the spaces to my liking?

• Yes, as long as they do not cause damage to our spaces and equipment. Certain conditions apply.
